The law firm, founded in 1999, was given new life in 2013 with the move to Starnberg. We have supported various German and international TV broadcasters, primarily in the area of distribution exploitation rights and content agreements, but also in the area of regulation. It was a highlight to have fully "co-founded" the TV channel Zee.TV at its inception and later to support it as an outsourced legal department. 20 - today - Founder / CEO StarMaxx5 GmbH

Foundation and management of StarMaxx5 GmbH. StarMaxx5 operates the jewelry trading platform favoro-jewellery.com. The webshop has been live in version 2.0 since December 2023, and the platform sells international jewelry brands via all digital and social media sales channels.

13 - 23 - Chief Executive Officer, ERA Global

The management and restructuring of the initially purely European teleshopping association was renamed ERA Global in 2018 and has since been expanded to represent industry interests worldwide. ERA Global is an international trade association which, in addition to the exchange with international regulatory institutions, e.g. on platform responsibility for IP infringements or Counterfit, represents the industry at national level, e.g. vis-à-vis Ofcom. The association's portfolio also includes international trade conferences and platforms, which take place regularly in Europe and, since 2022, also in the USA (Las Vegas, Chicago). Industry representatives meet to discuss business opportunities and bestsellers, and specialists provide information on the latest developments in areas such as product innovations, customer approach and regulatory innovations.

Member as a specialist in the Council of Europe's advisory body on relevant developments in the entire European media sector.

Member of the advisory committee of the Bavarian Liberals to review the political direction of the party's media policy in Bavaria and make suggestions on the direction of the parliamentary group.

As Vice President Media Law, Media Politics & Distribution, responsible for all media law, media policy and reach, contract negotiations with content platforms (cable/ satellite/ IPTV/ DVBH/ OTT, regulatory support and representation of the broadcasting group at national and international level in associations or directly with ministries or institutions. Responsible for the interactive business model, in particular iTV via HBBTV

Head of Country Management Austria & Switzerland included business responsibility for the Austrian and Swiss markets > 10% of total sales. In addition to ongoing process optimization, this primarily meant managing local service providers and efficient use of the local advertising budget. This area of responsibility also included the European business that exists as a result of the satellite spill-over.
